Dr. Grant Goods grew up in Toronto and graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1980. Upon graduation, he moved to B.C. with his wife and founded Summerland Optometry. There were several steps along the way, but the time and dedication allowed the practice to expand into its present location in 2012.
Dr. Grant Goods is married with three children, one of them being Dr. Kimberley Goods. Grant was a volunteer head soccer coach for eleven years with COYSA, coaching his sons’ soccer teams. He enjoys outdoor recreation including camping, fishing, boating, playing hockey and snowboarding.
Dr. Kimberley Goods joined Summerland Optometry in 2011 and is very excited to be working at the family business alongside her father, Dr. Grant Goods. She graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2011, and attended the University of Victoria prior to that.
She was raised in Kelowna and is very happy to be back in the Okanagan, now living in Summerland. When she is not in the office, Kimberley enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, snowboarding, hiking, and enjoying the Okanagan.
She offers an energetic, new perspective to the office and is up to date with the newest technologies and treatments.
